What You’ll Learn: Situational Awareness & Intuition – Spot threats before they happen and sharpen your ability to assess danger. Core Defensive Frameworks – Learn the essential mechanics of survival: spacing, timing, frames, wedges, grips, and takedowns. Hands-On Training – Pressure-test escapes, defensive tactics, and close-quarters techniques in a controlled, safe environment. Rough Class Structure: Classroom Session (1.5 hours) – Deep dive into real-world threats, pre-attack indicators, and the psychology of violence. Physical Training (1.5 hours) – Hands-on instruction in essential defensive techniques designed for maximum effectiveness under stress. This is NOT a fitness class or a sport-based martial art.
